Horyzon becomes even more efficient and digital

The pandemic turned many things upside down and also showed how important an up-to-date IT infrastructure is.

After Horyzon already successfully carried out a partial conversion of the IT infrastructure last year, we are in 2021 to bring the communication with our donors and business partners up to date and therefore renew our CRM (Customer Relations Management) - tool.

Since the CRM manages important and sensitive contact data, it is important to us to have its replacement professionally managed by a new program. For this purpose Horyzon engaged "consultinnova". "Consultinnova" evaluates together with the Horyzon team the existing processes and requirements, so that an optimal replacement can be found and newly implemented. This should make it possible to design processes even more efficiently and also to increasingly integrate online channels for fundraising, thus staying on the ball of digital development.
