Cookies & tracking
Cookies are small files that make it possible to store specific, device-related information on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of the selected language). On the other hand, they are used to collect statistical data on website usage and to analyze this data for the purpose of improving the website. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option with which the storage of cookies can be restricted or completely prevented. However, it should be noted that the use and in particular the ease of use are restricted without cookies. The use of cookies and other tracking technologies on this website can be managed via Cookie settings.
Integration of third-party services and content
Third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, Google web fonts, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites may be integrated into this website. This assumes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") know the IP address of the user. Without an IP address, no connection would be possible and therefore the content could not be displayed in the respective user's browser. The IP address is required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager allows marketers to manage website tags via an interface. However, the Tag Manager itself, which uses the tags, works without cookies and does not collect any personal data. The Tag Manager merely triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Corresponding explanations for these respective third-party providers can be found in this privacy policy. However, the Google Tag Manager does not use this data. If you have set or otherwise deactivated cookies, this will be observed for all tracking tags used with Google Tag Manager, i.e. the tool will not change your cookie settings.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Microsoft Clarity
This website uses Microsoft "Clarity". Clarity makes it possible to analyze user behavior. A log of mouse movements and clicks is created in order to derive potential improvements for the website. The information collected is transmitted to Clarity and stored there. The use of Clarity on this website can be managed via Cookie settings.
Further information about Clarity and the data it collects is available in Clarity's privacy policy.
