Our partner organizations
Horyzon has the advantage of being able to work with local partner organizations for the implementation of the projects, whose employees have lived in the respective countries for generations and know the needs of the local population. Like Horyzon itself, the implementing partner organizations are part of the international YMCA and YWCA (Young Men's / Women's Christian Association) network. In order to achieve long-term positive change, we strive for long-term partnerships with the organizations and attach great importance to working together as equals.
Institutional partners
Horyzon receives a good third of its income from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Foundations, cantons, political communities and parishes, private individuals as well as Cevis, companies and service clubs also make important donations.
