Cancellation policy / right of withdrawal

A donation can be revoked in text form (letter, e-mail) within 30 days without giving reasons. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. Timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be sent to: Horyzon, Florastrasse 21, 4600 Olten / info@horyzon.ch.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of revocation, we will refund the donations, whereby a processing fee of CHF 10 will be deducted from the donation. This covers the bank and postal costs incurred for processing the withdrawal. If the donation was made by credit card, the credit card commission will also be deducted from the donation.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid or void in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The parties undertake to replace the invalid or void provision with a valid provision that comes closest to the intended economic purpose. The same applies in the event of a loophole.
